How does the Holy Spirit help us in our weaknesses?

The Holy Spirit plays a vital role in believer's lives, particularly when it comes to our weaknesses. As stated in Romans 8:26-27, the Spirit helps us in our weaknesses, interceding on our behalf with groanings that cannot be uttered. When we struggle with feelings of inadequacy or fear, the Spirit redirects our focus from ourselves to Christ, our advocate at the right hand of the Father.
