How does the law relate to the faithfulness of Moses and Jesus?

Answered in 1 source

The law is a standard of righteousness fulfilled by Moses and ultimately by Jesus Christ, showcasing His faithfulness.

Moses' role in delivering the law is significant, as the law serves to expose human inability and point towards the need for a Savior. In Galatians 3:24, the law is described as a schoolmaster that leads us to Christ. While Moses was faithful in delivering God's law, it is Jesus who perfectly fulfilled the law and righteousness on our behalf. Thus, while Moses illustrates the holiness of the law, it is through Christ's faithfulness that we find true redemption and empowerment to strive for righteousness in alignment with God's will.
