How does the law reveal the perfection of Christ?

Answered in 1 source

The law reveals Christ's perfection, showing that He fully obeyed it and thus fulfilled God's requirements for righteousness.

Throughout scripture, the law serves to expose human sinfulness and showcases the holiness of God. As stated in Psalm 19, the law is perfect, converting the soul. It points to the perfection of Christ, who is the only one to have upheld the law in its entirety. The law's inability to save serves to magnify Christ's achievement in fulfilling its demands and provides a clear trajectory to His grace. Instead of leading us to righteousness, the law illustrates our profound need for a Savior, thus drawing us to recognize Christ as our only hope and righteousness.
