How does the true gospel address God's holiness?

Answered in 1 source

The true gospel acknowledges God's holiness and justice by declaring that Christ's righteousness is imputed to believers.

The true gospel confronts the reality of God's holiness, which is central to understanding salvation. God’s holiness demands a perfect righteousness that humanity cannot provide. However, in the gospel, we find that Christ came to fulfill the law perfectly and, through His death, paid the penalty for our sin, satisfying divine justice. This means that God's holiness is upheld while He can justly declare sinners righteous through faith in Christ, thereby making a way for relationship with Himself.
