How does worship relate to coming to Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Worship is central to coming to Christ and is a response to His greatness and grace.

When we come to Christ, worship should be the primary motive behind our coming. It reflects our recognition of His worthiness and our grateful response to His grace. As mentioned in Matthew 8:2, the leper worshipped Jesus as he approached Him for healing, demonstrating that true coming to Christ involves honoring Him above all. Worship is not just a personal or emotional experience but a communal response to the revelation of who Christ is and what He has done for us. The true act of worship glorifies God and strengthens our relationship with Him as we acknowledge His sovereignty and grace in our lives.
