How should Christians live in light of Christ's coming?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should live with watchfulness and a focus on spiritual growth, feeding the inner man and serving others.

In preparation for Christ's return, believers are called to live actively in faith and righteousness. Matthew 24:45-47 encourages Christians to be faithful servants, providing for the needs of others in the body of Christ. This involves being watchful and using the grace given to us for spiritual growth, which includes studying Scripture, prayer, and serving others. As we anticipate His coming, we must focus on the things of God rather than becoming entangled in worldly concerns, preparing ourselves to be found blameless and at peace when we meet Him face to face.
