How should Christians respond to anger?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should manage anger through self-control and relying on God's grace.

Christians are called to respond to anger not with rage but with self-control and a heart of humility. Proverbs teaches that being slow to anger shows great understanding (Proverbs 14:29). The preacher elaborates that anger should not dictate our actions; rather, we should turn to the gospel, which offers reconciliation and peace. Moreover, Ephesians 4:31-32 instructs believers to put away bitterness and anger while practicing kindness and forgiveness. By doing so, Christians reflect Christ’s character and live in accordance with the call to love and serve others.
