How should Christians respond to those in need?

Answered in 1 source

Christians are called to actively bring others to Jesus, who is the great Physician, for healing and salvation.

The narrative in Mark 6 concludes with a compelling directive for believers: to seek out and bring those in need to Christ. Just as the people of Gennesaret fervently sought Jesus to bring the sick for healing, we too are urged to labor in bringing souls to the knowledge of Jesus. The urgency of this task is underscored by the reality that opportunities for evangelism are fleeting, and many are lost without a Savior. Therefore, as Christians, our responsibility is to embody compassion and actively engage with those around us—offering the hope and healing found only in Christ—before the night descends when no man can work.
