How should Christians respond to those who are struggling in faith?

Answered in 1 source

Christians are called to imitate Jesus by gently restoring and supporting those who are weak in faith.

Believers are encouraged to reflect Jesus’ tender care towards each other. When encountering fellow Christians who are hurting or struggling, rather than casting judgment or expressing frustration, we ought to extend grace and compassion. Galatians 6:1 instructs believers to restore those caught in sin with a spirit of gentleness. This means actively nurturing and encouraging one another, reminiscent of how Jesus treated the bruised reed and smoking flax. By adopting such a posture, the church becomes a sanctuary where individuals find healing and encouragement, echoing Christ’s love and mercy.
