How should Christians use their spiritual gifts?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should actively use their spiritual gifts to serve others and build up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12).

Ephesians 4:12 instructs that spiritual gifts are not meant for personal gain but to equip the saints for ministry. Each believer is called to identify and exercise their unique gifts, whether in teaching, serving, or encouraging. This collective effort contributes to the health and growth of the church body. Moreover, the proper use of gifts fosters a stronger community where believers support one another, carry out God's mission on earth, and glorify Him through their actions. Christians are encouraged to continually discover how their gifts can be utilized for the benefit of the church and to actively engage in service.
