How should ministers respond to rejection in their ministry?

Answered in 1 source

Ministers are encouraged to expect rejection and continue their work faithfully, relying on God for results.

Jesus prepared His apostles for the reality of rejection among those they preached to, instructing them how to handle such situations (Luke 9:5). This preparation is essential for all who engage in Gospel ministry, as it reassures them that not all efforts will be rewarded with belief. Ministers must remain steadfast in their commitment to share the Gospel, aware that results are ultimately in God’s hands. They are called to plant and water seeds of truth faithfully, trusting that God will bring forth the growth as He wills.
