How should our worship reflect the work of the Holy Spirit?

Answered in 1 source

Our worship should reflect the Holy Spirit's work by including praise directed to all three Persons of the Trinity.

Worship that is grounded in the understanding of the Holy Spirit's work results in a more complete and biblical experience of community with God. As Paul points out in Ephesians 1 and in 2 Corinthians 13:14, genuine worship recognizes and honors each Person of the Trinity. When we worship, we ought to give glory not only to the Father and the Son but also to the Holy Spirit for His indispensable role in our salvation and daily lives. If our worship overlooks the Holy Spirit, we may engage in a style of worship that is sub-biblical, failing to fully acknowledge the presence and power of the Person who is actively working to glorify Christ in our midst. The internal witness of the Spirit should lead us to worship in spirit and truth, representing a heartfelt acknowledgment of His divine sovereignty.
