What are the consequences of unbelief?

Answered in 1 source

Unbelief leads to eternal separation from God and condemnation.

The scripture clearly articulates the fate of unbelievers. In John 3:18, it states that 'he who does not believe is condemned already.' This underscores the seriousness of rejecting Jesus Christ, as eternal life is found only in Him. Moreover, Revelation 20:15 speaks of a second death, where those not found in the Book of Life will face eternal judgment. Therefore, the consequences of unbelief are severe and result in eternal separation from God.
