What are the marks of true saving faith?

Answered in 1 source

True saving faith consists of knowledge, agreement with God's Word, and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.

True saving faith is characterized by three key components: knowledge, agreement, and commitment. First, it requires knowledge of God and His nature, as well as our own sinful condition. Second, it involves an agreement with God’s revelation, acknowledging the truth of His Word without questioning its authority. Lastly, it entails a personal commitment to Christ—believing in Him for salvation, as Romans 10:9 states, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart, you will be saved. This faith is not static; it is dynamic and grows as one continually engages with God’s Word.
