What are the privileges of being Christ's friend?

Answered in 1 source

Being Christ’s friend grants us access to His love, grace, forgiveness, and the assurance of eternal fellowship.

Friendship with Christ comes with immense privileges, the most significant being the access to His love and grace. Those who accept Christ as their friend are clothed in His righteousness and are granted the peace that surpasses understanding. Moreover, this friendship promises continuous companionship and assurance during trials, as He never abandons His friends. The personal relationship nurtures hope, joy amid suffering, and the ultimate promise of eternal life with Him. Christians are thus called to live in a manner worthy of these privileges, seeking continual communion with Him.
