What assurance do we have in Christ's work for our salvation?

Answered in 1 source

The assurance we have comes from Christ's completed work and His reigning position at God's right hand.

Believers find tremendous assurance in Christ's finished work on the cross and His current position at the right hand of God. Hebrews 10:12 states, 'But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God.' This sitting signifies the completion of His redemptive work, and as our advocate, He intercedes for us. Romans 8:34 emphasizes that Christ’s resurrection and ascension affirm our acceptance and assurance before the Father, giving us confidence that our salvation is secure in Him, ensuring that nothing can separate us from His love.
