What can false faith accomplish?

Answered in 1 source

False faith can produce outward signs of religiosity but lacks true transformation and a heart committed to Christ.

False faith can lead to many outward expressions—such as moral behavior, enthusiastic acceptance of the gospel, and even performing religious acts like charity. However, it falls short of true heart transformation. Such faith can easily be deceptive, as seen with figures like the Pharisees or Judas. They exemplified outward faith that did not translate into a genuine relationship with God. True faith, on the other hand, is marked by a genuine dependence on Christ, a heart that aches over one's sin, and an understanding of the sovereign grace of God that calls us to His purpose.
