What challenges does faith help us overcome?

Answered in 1 source

Faith helps believers overcome challenges by relying on God's promises and strength.

Faith is essential for navigating the numerous challenges of life as a believer. It empowers us to face spiritual mountains and trials by trusting in God's sovereignty and promises. As highlighted in the sermon, faith grants believers the strength to endure hardships and to seek God’s will above worldly desires. For example, the faith of Abraham allowed him to face significant trials, including the command to sacrifice his son Isaac, knowing that God would fulfill His promises, even raising Isaac from the dead if necessary (Hebrews 11:17-19). Thus, faith not only sustains us through trials but also encourages us to trust God's providence, reminding us that our true hope is in Him rather than our circumstances.
