What does it mean that Christ is all in our worship?

Answered in 1 source

It means that worship centers around Christ as the object of our praise and the focus of our devotion (John 4:24).

Worshiping Christ means that He is the focal point of all our adoration and expressions of reverence. According to John 4:24, true worshipers must worship the Father in spirit and truth, which inherently requires recognizing Christ as the embodiment of truth and the Son of God. He is to be exalted in our hymns, prayers, and the preaching of God's Word. When we gather for worship, our purpose is to glorify Him, acknowledge His greatness, and celebrate His works. Any worship that does not place Christ at the center detracts from the essence of what it means to honor God.
