What does it mean that God provides for what He requires?

Answered in 1 source

God provides everything we need for salvation and holiness through Christ (Hebrews 10:10).

The doctrine of God's provision emphasizes that He requires perfection, but He also provides that perfection through Jesus Christ. Hebrews 10:10 states, 'By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.' God's requirements for holiness, faith, and repentance are met through Christ's redemptive work on the cross. As believers, we can rest in the assurance that all our needs, both spiritual and temporal, are met in Him. This truth should comfort us, reminding us that our standing before God is based not on our merit, but on His perfect provision.
