What does it mean to be a partaker of Christ?

Answered in 2 sources

To be a partaker of Christ means to share in His blessings, grace, and the work of redemption accomplished for His people.

Paul speaks of being a partaker of Christ in the context of 1 Corinthians 10, where he illustrates that participation in the miracles and blessings was not enough for the Israelites to enter the promised land. True partaking involves not only recognizing Christ's works but also holding steadfast to faith in Him. This means that while many may experience His blessings superficially, genuine faith and obedience reveal the true participation in His life and grace.
