What does it mean to be born again in Christian faith?

Answered in 1 source

Being born again signifies a spiritual regeneration by the Holy Spirit, enabling one to see and enter the kingdom of God.

In John 3:3, Jesus tells Nicodemus that unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. This rebirth is a spiritual transformation that occurs when the Holy Spirit brings a person to faith, resulting in new life. This transformation allows the believer to perceive spiritual truths and experience the sweetness of God’s grace. The process of being born again is vital as it is the entry point into a living relationship with God, allowing individuals to partake in His divine nature, as described in 2 Peter 1:4.
