What does it mean to be 'healed' in a Christian context?

Answered in 1 source

'Healed' in a Christian context refers to both spiritual restoration and physical healing through faith in Christ.

'Healed' means that through Christ, believers experience restoration not only in their physical bodies but also, and more significantly, in their spiritual lives. This dual aspect of healing emphasizes that while physical ailments may be addressed in this life, the greater need is the healing of the soul through Christ's sacrifice. Believers are called to recognize their sin-sickness, acknowledge their need for the Great Physician, and receive the healing He fully offers through His grace. This healing is expressed in love towards God and one another, manifesting the transformation that occurs in the heart of a believer.
