What does it mean to be part of the flock of God?

To be a part of God's flock signifies belonging to Him and receiving His care, love, and guidance. In John 10:14, Jesus identifies Himself as the Good Shepherd who knows His sheep and lays down His life for them. This relationship entails not only protection and provision but also an invitation to follow Him. As members of the flock, we experience the joy of community, encouragement from fellow believers, and the assurance that our Shepherd actively seeks us when we stray.
