What does it mean to have Christ as all?

Answered in 1 source

Having Christ as all means to depend solely on Him for righteousness, wisdom, and salvation, without reliance on personal efforts.

To say that Christ is all means that everything a believer requires for life and godliness is found in Him. This is articulated in Colossians 2:10, where we are told that we are complete in Him. The believer's identity and worth are rooted in being in Christ, thus all aspects of spiritual life stem from this relationship. In 1 Corinthians 1:30, it states that Christ has been made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Hence, to have Christ as all is to recognize that apart from Him, we have nothing and it is through Him that we are made whole.
