What does it mean to not be under condemnation?

Answered in 1 source

Not being under condemnation means that those in Christ are free from punishment and guilt due to His redemptive work.

Romans 8:1 assures believers that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. This means that through faith in Christ, we are liberated from the penalty of sin and its accompanying guilt. Instead of bearing the weight of condemnation from the law, believers are covered by the grace that comes from being united with Christ through His death and resurrection. This freedom from condemnation does not imply a license to sin, but rather empowers believers to live a life that honors God, fueled by gratitude for the grace afforded to them.
