What does it mean to rely on God's strength in our lives?

Answered in 1 source

Relying on God's strength means recognizing our weakness and depending on Him for the power to face life's challenges.

To rely on God's strength involves acknowledging our limitations and the futility of self-reliance. The Bible instructs us that we cannot keep our soul alive by our own efforts (Psalm 22:29), highlighting our need for divine support. As we seek the Lord's strength, we engage in prayer and ask Him for guidance in accordance with His will, knowing that whenever we attempt to operate solely in our own strength, we will likely fail. When we turn to Him for strength, as demonstrated by figures like the Apostle Paul during his trials, we find renewed vigor and purpose for service in His kingdom.
