What does it mean to see God’s glory?

Answered in 2 sources

Seeing God's glory entails recognizing His greatness and majesty, leading to worship and proclamation of His name.

In order to see God's glory, one must recognize His sovereign reign and the beauty of His holiness. Isaiah's experience teaches us that when he saw the glory of God, he was compelled to speak about the Lord. In John 12:41, it is noted that Isaiah spoke of Christ when he saw His glory, illustrating how a genuine encounter with God's holiness results in a transformation of heart and life. Thus, believers who truly understand and behold God's glory will naturally declare His greatness, shift their focus from self to God, and ultimately desire to share the good news of His salvation with others. This underscores the outflow of revelation resulting in proclamation.
