What does the Bible say about being made willing to follow God?

In Psalm 110:3 it says, 'Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power.' This reveals that it is God who facilitates willingness in the hearts of His people through the mighty work of the Holy Spirit. Sovereign grace theology emphasizes that this willingness is not generated by human effort but is a divine act wherein the Holy Spirit effectively transforms hearts, drawing them toward Christ.
