What does the Bible say about being presented before God?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that we can only be presented before God through Christ, our mediator.

In the story of Joseph and Jacob, we see a beautiful representation of how we are presented before God. Just as Joseph presented his father, Jacob, before Pharaoh, we, too, can only enter the presence of God through Christ, our Joseph. Scripture affirms this truth, stating in 1 Timothy 2:5 that there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. This illustrates that without Christ's intercession, we would never have access to God's holy presence.
