What does the Bible say about being under grace?

Answered in 3 sources

The Bible teaches that being under grace means we are no longer condemned by the law, but freed to live in righteousness through Christ.

Being under grace, as articulated in Romans 6:14, signifies liberation from the dominion of sin and the law's penalties. The Apostle Paul contrasts this state with being under the law, which condemns and leads to death. Grace, however, opens the door to a revived relationship with God, allowing believers to present themselves as instruments for righteousness because our sins have been forgiven through Christ's atonement. Living under grace fosters both freedom and responsibility; we are called to live righteously, not out of fear of judgment, but out of gratitude for the salvation we have received.
