What does the Bible say about believers being free from the law?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that believers are free from the law through faith in Christ, who fulfilled the law on their behalf.

According to Galatians 4, Paul emphasizes that believers are entirely free from the law because of their faith in Christ. Unlike those under the law who labor under its demands, believers are motivated by love and Christ's grace. They do not rely on the law as a rule of life. When we trust in Christ wholly, we find true freedom, as the law has no bearing on our standing with God; Christ's sacrifice has made us free indeed.
