What does the Bible say about boldness in approaching God?

In Hebrews 10:19-20, it is stated that believers can approach God's presence with boldness because of the remission of sins achieved through Christ's sacrifice. This boldness is not based on our feelings or merits but is grounded in the perfect work of Christ.
