What does the Bible say about Christ being glorified?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that Christ's glorification comes through His death, which brings salvation to many, as expressed in John 12:23-24.

In John 12:23-24, Jesus declares that 'the hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.' This glorification is intimately connected to His impending death, illustrated by the analogy of a grain of wheat that must fall into the ground and die to bear fruit. Christ’s glorification is not only about receiving honor but encompasses His redemptive work on the Cross, which is essential for salvation. His death is the means through which He would bear much fruit, drawing all elect to Himself, breaking the power of sin and death, and bringing forth believers from every nation as witnesses of His glory.
