What does the Bible say about Christ's role in fulfilling the law?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that Christ, as the sinless God-man, fulfilled the law perfectly for us.

According to scripture, Christ is the only one who can fulfill God's law due to His sinless and moral perfection. He lived a life without sin and obeyed the law perfectly in our room and place. Every requirement that God demanded for the salvation of our souls was completed by Him. In John 17:4, He states, 'I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do,' indicating that His work of redemption and law fulfillment is completed to perfection.
