What does the Bible say about Christ seeking His bride?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible reveals that Christ seeks to claim His bride, the Church, despite her unworthiness.

Throughout Scripture, Christ's love for His bride is depicted as profound and sacrificial. Even though the Church is described as filthy, naked, and impoverished, Christ's act of coming to seek and cleanse her demonstrates His immense grace. As mentioned in Ephesians, we are reminded that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8), illustrating that despite our unworthy state, He seeks us out and gifts us with His righteousness and love.
