What does the Bible say about closing with Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Closing with Christ involves understanding our need for Him and accepting His grace.

Closing with Christ is a personal, sincere, rational, and permanent commitment. It means consciously recognizing our state as sinners in need of a Savior and embracing the work of Christ as our substitute. This understanding compels us to agree wholeheartedly with God's terms for salvation, which centers on faith in Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection. Just as the Israelites were required to look upon the bronze serpent for healing, we too must look to Christ to have eternal life, as explained in John 3:14-16.
