What does the Bible say about feeling good as a Christian?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that Christians should find joy and glory in their relationship with Christ and the grace of God.

In 2 Corinthians 1:12, Paul expresses that the testimony of his conscience is what every believer should feel good about. This rejoicing is rooted in simplicity and godly sincerity, contrasting with the superficial things that often snag human pride. Christians are to take pride in their faith, not in fleshly accomplishments, but in the grace of God which sustains and saves us. This assurance stems from the understanding that our worthiness comes not from our abilities, but solely from Christ’s work on the cross.
