What does the Bible say about God's hatred towards sinners?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible states that God hates those who commit iniquity and challenges His authority, as seen in Psalms.

The Scriptures clearly indicate God's hatred towards those who rebel against His authority and glory. Psalm 5:5 says, "The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers." This encapsulates the essence of God's attitude towards sin and those who persist in it. Furthermore, God is righteous and cannot tolerate sin, which is a direct challenge to His sovereignty. In recognizing our innately sinful nature, as seen in Romans 3:10-12, it becomes clear that apart from Christ's redemptive work and electing grace, we stand under His just condemnation.
