What does the Bible say about God's knowledge of our secret sins?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that God sees all our sins, both hidden and visible, for His eyes are everywhere.

Scripture makes it abundantly clear that nothing is hidden from the sight of God. Proverbs 15:3 states that God's eyes are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good. This omnipresence of God reminds us that our secret sins, as well as our public ones, are all laid bare before Him. In Proverbs 5:21, we read that a man's ways are in full view of the Lord, emphasizing that nothing escapes His notice. Even our innermost thoughts and intentions are fully visible to God, as highlighted in Hebrews 4:13, which states that all things are naked and opened to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. This reality serves to remind believers of the seriousness of sin, as it is committed in the presence of an all-seeing God.
