What does the Bible say about God's workmanship?

Answered in 5 sources

The Bible teaches that we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works (Ephesians 2:10).

Ephesians 2:10 declares, 'For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.' This indicates that our salvation is a result of God's sovereign grace and is not based on our own efforts. Just as God created the world from nothing, He creates a new heart and life in believers, making them new creations who are capable of participating in the good works He has planned for them.
