What does the Bible say about holy conversation and godliness?

In 2 Peter 3:11, Peter asks, "What manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness?" This question is posed in the context of the coming judgment, reminding believers to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for those awaiting the return of Christ. As believers who have been redeemed by grace, we are called to live lives that reflect God's holiness and character.
