What does the Bible say about Jesus revealing Himself?

In John 21:1, we see that Jesus showed Himself again to His disciples at the Sea of Tiberias after His resurrection. This revelation was significant as He needed to affirm the reality of His resurrection to the disciples, who would later witness to this truth.
