What does the Bible say about knowing if God has saved me?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that assurance of salvation comes from looking to the sacrifice of Christ.

The assurance of one's salvation is grounded in the faith in Christ's sacrifice. Genesis 15 illustrates Abraham's questioning of God's promise, reflecting a desire for assurance in faith, which is ultimately fulfilled in the perfect sacrifice of Christ. By believing in and depending upon Jesus as our righteousness and holiness, we can confidently know that we have been saved.
