What does the Bible say about man's nature after the fall?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that man's nature is sinful and never satisfied due to the fall.

According to scripture, the fall of man resulted in a nature that is insatiable and selfish. Proverbs 30:15-16 illustrates this by showing examples of things that are never satisfied: the grave, the barren womb, the earth, and fire. This reflects humanity's deep-seated desire for more, which stems from sin and disobedience to God. After the fall, nothing fulfills man's longing; he lives in constant want, unable to find contentment in earthly pursuits.
