What does the Bible say about new birth?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that one must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God, as stated in John 3:3.

In John 3, our Lord Jesus emphasizes the necessity of being born again, stating unequivocally, 'Ye must be born again.' This new birth is not a work we accomplish ourselves; rather, it is a profound act of God wherein He breathes spiritual life into us, enabling us to see and understand the things of His Kingdom. Without this divine initiation, no man can perceive or enter the Kingdom of God. It is a transition from spiritual death to life, demonstrating God’s sovereign grace in regeneration.
