What does the Bible say about preparation for salvation?

In Hebrews 10, it teaches us that God has made meticulous preparations for our salvation, particularly through Jesus Christ. He prepared a body for His Son to fulfill His will, fully accomplishing the salvation of His people through the sacrificial death of Christ. As stated in Ephesians 1:4-5, God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless, indicating this preparation is rooted in His sovereign will.
