What does the Bible say about rest for the weary?

The Bible teaches that true rest can be found only in Jesus Christ, who invites those weary from the burdens of sin and self-righteousness to come to Him for solace (Matthew 11:28). This rest is not merely physical but spiritual, offering peace to those who know they cannot earn their way to God through their works.
