What does the Bible say about sacrifices pleasing to God?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible indicates that God is well pleased with the sacrifices of praise and good deeds offered by believers.

Hebrews 13:15-16 teaches that believers are to offer the sacrifice of praise to God continuously, which includes giving thanks and doing good. Such sacrifices are well pleasing to God, contrasting with the Old Testament sacrifices that were inadequate in themselves. The only sacrifice that truly satisfied God was made by Christ, who, through His death, made it possible for believers to approach God and offer their praises as acceptable sacrifices.
