What does the Bible say about satisfaction?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible speaks of satisfaction in the context of God satisfying His people with His goodness and blessings.

In Jeremiah 31:14, the Lord promises to satisfy the souls of His people with goodness. This theme of satisfaction is rooted in spiritual fulfillment that comes from God’s blessings. The ultimate satisfaction, however, is achieved in knowing Christ and resting in His sacrifice, as the believer understands that their sins are paid for and that they are reconciled to God. The comfort and encouragement gleaned from this satisfaction affects our lives now while we navigate challenges in a fallen world.
